  • Do you sell by the slice?

Our pizza is healthier and lighter than a Slice Pizza. It’s balanced in its 10” pie format. It’s perfect for a single person, for a kid, for women. Don’t feel guilty if you eat it all, and anyway, you can also share it with someone else.

  • What if I don’t want it all?

No worries, tomorrow your pizza will still be good. You can eat it tomorrow. Our dough maintains its nutritional characteristics and still tastes unaltered.

  • What about the trend for healthy food?

Mother Dough  is not a food trend. We are not after trends, we just want to bring healthy food to the table. If we were after easy cash we would have jumped on the street food bandwagon. Our product is unique and has its roots in Italian traditions.

  • How big is your pizza?

The size of every our pizza is 10 inches, and we usually suggest one pizza for one person.

  • What ingredients do you use for the gluten free dough?

Our Gluten Free dough is a special mix made exclusively for us by our partner Molino Paolo Mariani, an organic mill in the center of Italy.
The mix contains: rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca starch and vegetable fibers.
